Rivershore Resort Terms and Conditions
Deposit Policy: A valid credit card must be provided during the booking for a deposit of up to 2 nights accommodation. For bookings in school holiday periods and weekends, 100% of the booking needs to be paid up 21 days prior to arrival. For other periods the balance of the accommodation can be paid before or on arrival.
Payment Terms: Upfront payment or payment plans available.
Arrival and Departure Date Changes: There is no charge for changes to dates with more than 14 days notice. Date changes can not be made within 14 days of arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations advised with more than 14 days notice are fully refundable less an administration fee of $30. Less than 14 days notice, all monies paid will be forfeited. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for weather, natural disasters and external factors which may prohibit your stay. We recommend you seek independent travel insurance if you are concerned external factors may impede your stay.
Power: Power is metered at each site accurately and only charged at $0.20/kWh (incl. GST). Ultimately guests only pay for the power they use and not smaller setups subsiding larger setups. The majority of setups are charged less than $2/day. We think this is a fair and reasonable approach to take as every guests needs are different. Early Departure: No refunds will be applied should you decide to check out early.
Security: A valid credit card will be required upon check-in. Credit cards will be held securely on file and will be applied to any unpaid account balances, damage, excessive cleaning or any other charge warranted by management.
Maximum Stay: Rivershore Resort is 100% short-term accommodation business. Maximum length stay is 28 days, sorry no permanent or semi-permanent residents accepted. No permanent residents are accepted and the maximum stay length is 28 days.
Check-in time: Check-in for Safari tents is 2pm and 12 noon for powered sites. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, however Safari tent and powered sites may not be immediately available.
Check-out time: Check-out time is 10am for all guests. Requests for late check-outs are subject to availability.
Child Policy: Infant 0-2 years inclusive (free of charge), Children 2-16 years inclusive, Adult 17 years and above.
Occupants: The quoted tariff is based on the number of adults and children provided at the time of booking. Should the number vary, the tariff may alter. All bookings must include one adult (over 18 years of age) in the reservation with all children to be accompanied and responsible for by an adult during their stay.
Office hours: 7am-7pm. Should you be arriving outside of these hours, please let us know and we’ll make special arrangements. On site management is accessible 24 hours a day in the event of an emergency.
Visitor Policy: Any ‘day visitors’ must check-in at reception, during peak times we may have to restrict the number of day visitors allowed due to legal restrictions. We thank you for your cooperation.
Noise: At all times please consider your surrounds and the quiet enjoyment of other guests. A strictly enforced noise restriction applies at 10pm to ensure the enjoyment for all guests.
Smoking: All safari tents, facilities and common areas are non-smoking areas. Smoking will only be permitted within your designated site.
Pets: Pets are welcomed to our powered sites, all year round. Please call in advance to notify us that you wish to bring your beloved pet with you at the time of booking.
Restaurant & Bar: We are a fully licensed premises. BYO Wine only which will incur a $10 per bottle corkage fee. You are not permitted to bring you own esky, cooler bags or food to our restaurant, deck or picnic tabled area’s located within the deemed ‘licensed restaurant’ premises. $10 cakeage applies to all those who wish to bring cakes for any large group parties.

What We Don’t Do
We do not, under any circumstances: Link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable provide personal information to any third party, share the information we track on this site, in any form, with advertisers or any other parties Release personal information about any individual visitor upon request, we will remove any subscriber (and his or her personal information) from our mailing lists.
